I am passionate about empowering others into healing by sharing the six compelling attributes that anyone can use to initiate healing while reducing the occurrence of depression, anxiety, or PTSD. Let me guide you to how it is possible to recover from intense hurt or abuse, and create a life of value, purpose, and joy. No matter the brokenness, we can become whole again. As an advocate warrior, I raise awareness to uncomfortable statistics of childhood sexual abuse and list out practical actions to defeat childhood sexual abuse statistics so our children can be empowered.Let’s create empowerment and healing!

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquered silver or gold. The philosophy behind the art is that once it is repaired, it becomes stronger and more beautiful. In this workshop, we take a deep dive into establishing the six attributes in Broken to Beautifully Whole as habits to propel healing and growth while ultimately leading you to your purpose, confidence, and fulfillment. This is a powerful day to build healthy attributes as part of your everyday life, make a beautiful piece of Kintsugi to take home, and find empowerment to more self-worth, confidence, and fulfillment.

Consent and Boundaries WorkshopLearn how to teach our children consent and boundaries to reduce vulnerabilities.
The sexual abuse statistics for children are very uncomfortable, yet they are our reality. 1 in 6 boys will be sexually abused in some form before the age of 18. 1 in 4 girls will be sexually abused in some form before the age of 18. We, as a society, have the ability to defeat the statistics by teaching our children what body boundaries are and what consent truly means. As Darkness to Light Facilitator, I share how to step into the uncomfortable conversations with you become more aware, and to reduce exposure which ultimately fully empowers our children. Let’s reduce our children’s vulnerabilities together!
